ACHTUNG, die App hinterlässt auch nach der NACH der Deinstallation "Schreibgeschützte Kunden-Metafelder" in Bereich "Kunden-Metafelder" Die Felder lassen sich nicht entfernen !! UPDATE: Der Support hat schnell reagiert und die Schreibgeschützten Kunden-Metafelder per Hand gelöscht. Dennoch bleibe ich bei der 1 Sterne Bewertung. Das geht einfach nicht, zudem hat mich das ganze x Stunden an Zeit gekostet, vom Ärger mal ganz abgesehen. Zudem weiss ich nicht ob der Bug behoben wurde oder nicht.

Unfortunately this app doesn't work properly if you try to redeem two rewards at the same time. Even though they all set up to combine, the customer receives an error message. I thought the initial support was great and Hailey was fantastic with her initial support, but I couldn't seem to get help afterwards. I spent two days trying to get to the bottom of the error with no support. I thought there was a clash with another app which worked well, but after removing this app, I still got the error.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify your concerns. - Combining rewards: Shopify applies a platform-level rule where “When multiple product discounts apply to the same line item, only the best discount is applied.” Because of this restriction, only one product discount can be used per product, even if rewards are set as combinable. This is a Shopify limitation rather than an app-related issue, which is why the same behavior occurs even after our app is removed. You may also confirm this in Shopify’s official help documentation on combining discounts. - Support response: We provide 24/7 support; however, your message was sent during New Year’s Eve 2026, when our support team was in the middle of a shift handover. This resulted in a delayed response of approximately 30 minutes. We sincerely apologize for this delay and take full responsibility.
