Ottima app completa di tutto quello che ho bisogno. Facile da usare e molto intuitivo. Nessuna difficoltà ad impostare le mie regole che sono molto personalizzabili. C'è anche una sezione clienti VIP e una sezione per impostare punti extra in determinati periodi. Anche il layout è personalizzabile in tutto, dai testi alla grafica. Lo staff è cordiale, disponibile, e preparato. Non potevo cercare di meglio. Super consigliato !!!

We are very satisfied with the BLOY Loyalty app so far. The app is easy to use and allows us to set up a complete loyalty program with points, rewards, referral actions, and customer engagement features. The interface is clear, and the different triggers available make it easier to build automated customer journeys and personalized email communications. This is especially useful for encouraging customers to earn points, redeem rewards, and take part in the referral program. I would also like to highlight the quality of the support team.
