BLOY Loyalty has excellent features for building a comprehensive rewards program. I was able to set up a full 3-tier VIP system with custom point earning rules, multiple redemption options, and automated rewards - exactly what I needed for my fitness brand. What I loved: Very flexible VIP tier system with custom earning multipliers Automatic discount generation and distribution Multiple ways to earn and redeem points Good customization options for branding Referral program built-in Annual tier reset options What needs improvement: The UI has some visibility issues - white text on white backgrounds in certain sections made it hard to see VIP tier information The loyalty page setup process could be more intuitive - it's not clear you need to create a custom template first Would benefit from better onboarding/setup wizard Preview doesn't always accurately reflect the live widget appearance Overall: Great functionality and features for the price point, but the setup experience could be smoother. Support seems responsive (they offer free watermark removal and setup help). Would recommend for stores that want robust VIP tiers, but be prepared to reach out to support for styling issues. Best for: Stores wanting multi-tier loyalty programs with custom earning rules and automated rewards.

As a newer loyalty app, there are kinks that need to be ironed out. It hasn't all been smooth since migrating over, but the support team has been great - responsive, helpful in getting checking on issues and getting them resolved.

Its 3 days post installation and configuration and I have not been able to bring the points wizard on product page even after giving access to store and multiple followups with support. My customers are not able to view the points they can earn with purchase.
Update on Dec 24th, 2025 - Issue: Your current theme does not natively support app blocks, which initially prevented the "Points on Product Page" block from appearing. - Resolution: Our technical team has performed a custom theme adjustment to ensure the block is integrated and displayed correctly. - Status: We have verified that the feature is now fully functional on your product page. Love the app! I wish there were more features such as having more manual options if someone does not shop in store, and shops in person, but overall, for a newer loyalty app, I really enjoy it and the tech support is really responsive!
