Seems to have integrated well. Waiting for customers to join the program to be able to see if its working
It has many features but lacks layout customization, which can be inconvenient when designing website layouts.

OK thus far. Have to go through a process to get the watermark taken off and get "free" access with email. The whole process is sus and there isn't complete customization of the loyalty widgets. But it seems to work out of the box with a few easy set-ups. Will have to reality test it with customers to see how it works. Good for a "free".
As a newer loyalty app, there are kinks that need to be ironed out. It hasn't all been smooth since migrating over, but the support team has been great - responsive, helpful in getting checking on issues and getting them resolved.

The app has many options and a great lay out for a free app! When i needed some help with something they replied very fast and were very helpful and friendly!
