Absolutely Amazing, Handsoff to the customer service team, responded immediately to my queries and helped clearing my doubts and also setting up the app. Im in the Free Plan now, would be soon mving to paid plan, love it! The Interface is quite easy to work on especially for a beginner, Its easy to change as well. For Someone who is starting to implemet loyalty point systems, surely do this to you store.

We've been using Bloy Loyalty & Rewards for a while now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best additions to our Shopify store. Great Service, Great Features. Couldn't be happier. An app like this gives us everything we need to reward our most valuable customers. We especially like the VIP tiers and the variety of rewards we can offer to customers of different tiers. Setting up the App Embed Blocks in the shopify theme was very easy as well. We pretty much had this up and running after just a few days since it was straightforward and user-friendly. They also have a nice upload option if you need to import customer points or tiers from previous apps.

What We Love: Flawless Backend & Logic: Setting up points rules, VIP tiers, and custom redemption rewards was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Easy for Shoppers: Our customers love how intuitive it is to track and redeem their points, which has significantly boosted our customer engagement. Small Tip for the Dev Team: The app is nearly perfect! The only tiny detail we’ve noticed is that the points display inside our slide-out cart drawer sometimes takes about 1–2 seconds to load up. It doesn't disrupt checkout or stop customers from redeeming points, but optimizing that script load time slightly would make an already incredible user experience even smoother. Final Verdict: Overall, this is hands-down one of the best loyalty solutions available on Shopify. It is feature-rich, robust, and adds immense value to our brand. Highly recommended to any merchant looking to build a serious loyalty program!

Application très agréable à utiliser : tout est clair et intuitif, même quand on débute. Les tutoriels intégrés aident beaucoup pour prendre en main les différentes fonctionnalités sans se perdre. Le SAV est un vrai point fort : l’équipe est à l’écoute, répond rapidement et trouve des solutions concrètes quand on a une question ou un souci. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Very easy to use, have all the things you need for rewarding your clients. UI is very intuitive and some smart features are really helpful and easy to use It took me 30 min max to setup everything and now my customers are happier And it's cheap !

Even on the free plan, the app looks polished and professional — perfect for a brand store. The support team is also wonderful; very kind and helpful throughout the process. While the paid plan offers more advanced features, for a newly launched brand, this app is an excellent choice.
