Finally found what I needed in BLOY after trying so many others. It's straightforward, easy to use, looks beautiful, and is SUPER simple for my customers. So relieved to have finally found a solution! Thank you team :)

Ottima app completa di tutto quello che ho bisogno. Facile da usare e molto intuitivo. Nessuna difficoltà ad impostare le mie regole che sono molto personalizzabili. C'è anche una sezione clienti VIP e una sezione per impostare punti extra in determinati periodi. Anche il layout è personalizzabile in tutto, dai testi alla grafica. Lo staff è cordiale, disponibile, e preparato. Non potevo cercare di meglio. Super consigliato !!!

We are very satisfied with the BLOY Loyalty app so far. The app is easy to use and allows us to set up a complete loyalty program with points, rewards, referral actions, and customer engagement features. The interface is clear, and the different triggers available make it easier to build automated customer journeys and personalized email communications. This is especially useful for encouraging customers to earn points, redeem rewards, and take part in the referral program. I would also like to highlight the quality of the support team. They have been very responsive, helpful, and patient in answering our questions and helping us better understand how the different features and triggers work. Their explanations were clear and really helped us move forward with the setup of our loyalty program. Love the app! It was super easy to set up and run. Their 24x7 support really help me out. I have been customizing the look of the program to my likings and it integrates well with the store UI. Trust me, if you are just starting out and want a super easy but comprehensive loyalty program, do check this out.

incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. I have been able to set up multiple reward programmes like earning points for birthdays, reviews, visiting my socials and so much more. I have synced it with my review app and been able to personalise the emails too. Support are so helpful and with your permission will happily set up many of the features for you. Thanks Chloe xx

Wir nutzen die BLOY-App in unserem Shop. Es ist eigentlich sehr einfach aufzubauen, der Support hilft bei Rückfragen umgehend, soweit also alles prima. Jetzt schauen wir mal wie unsere Kunden das Programm annehmen.

It's great app for loyalty rewards management, with lots of features and customizations. There's something for everyone. You can set levels / tiers, customize the reward earning methods and redemption methods too. Quite flexible. UI is quite easy to use with all the help tips mentioned. Beyond that, the support team is very helpful and guiding. Icing on the cake, this app is free to use with no restrictions on any feature. A must have for every merchant.

BLOY has been a really valuable addition to my Shopify store so far. One of the things I’ve found most useful is how easy it is to set up and manage the loyalty rewards system. Being able to reward customers with points and show them what they can earn has definitely helped encourage repeat purchases and customer engagement. I also like how user-friendly the app is. Everything is straightforward and easy to customize, even without technical experience. The integration with my store was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Big up Chloe for all the help and support along the way! Overall, BLOY has helped create a better shopping experience for my customers while also giving me an easy way to build customer loyalty and retention.

Really good level of service provided by Chloe in customer support. The app is really easy to use, user-friendly. The user interface makes setting up a rewards programme easy, and just what we want for our customers.
