We recently switched to BLOY from another loyalty program app, and the migration of our existing customer points was completely seamless. The setup process was very straightforward, and the app is incredibly easy to configure and customize to fit our store’s needs. One of the biggest advantages for us is the integration with Shopify Flow, which will make it much easier to automate and personalize our interactions with customers.
