We launched this loyalty rewards program at one of our big events for the year, and it was a hit. We created a QR code that led customers to our landing page on the website, creating a touchpoint for retargeting advertisements and allowing us to collect data on the types of customers who like our product. I am excited to see what happens as the program develops and we begin to see more customers reach the VIP tiers we set up in the application. The staff for this application are quick to answer and always ready to help. I recommend this application for businesses that want to set up a turnkey, fully customizable loyalty program and need to increase customer engagement quickly.
