You can set levels / tiers, customize the reward earning methods and redemption methods too. Quite flexible. UI is quite easy to use with all the help tips mentioned. Beyond that, the support team is very helpful and guiding. Icing on the cake, this app is free to use with no restrictions on any feature. A must have for every merchant.
