Living Towers Florida Keys review for BLOY Loyalty Points & Rewards

I've been using another app for some time, but to add the additional features like VIP tiers would involve a significant price increase. I looked into BLOY and was impressed with the features available. It is a new app so at the time of writing this review it is free, with a flat fee for early users when paid plans are launched. There are A LOT of features available including bonus point periods, order boosters (bonus points with x number of orders in a time frame) and more. Support are responsive and very helpful, the only minor downside is they are in Asian and I'm in the US so the timezone difference is big so sometimes I have to wait until the next day for a response. I like that it integrates with Klaviyo and I can use that to create loyalty related flows to keep customers engaged and coming back.
