I have pretty high standards for what apps I use for my store. I look for overall quality -- ease of use, clean interface, robust features, modern widgets, seamless integration, and outstanding support. Coming from a popular and expensive loyalty app, I thought it'd be next to impossible to find one similar. Here comes BLOY Loyalty... feature-packed, clean interface, easy to navigate, Built for Shopify, modern widgets, and amazing support. I honestly can't pick a favorite feature because I love them all but a couple I was really excited about was the various configurations you can make for your VIP tiers and all the way customers can redeem their points. I mentioned that I look for quality apps with top-notch support and the team at BLOY is just that. They are quick to respond, friendly and professional, and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the app. Shout out to Emma, Sofia, Chloe, and the development team for helping me with my recent request.
