Amazing support built-in directly into the plugin. Annette helped me within minutes of messaging and was nice and friendly along the way! The app itself is rich with features and very customizable allowing for a lot of personalization, including but not limited to custom colour schemes as well as even changing and translating text strings. Includes all I could ask for and more, including a tiered customer VIP program and loyalty points. It even comes with a rewards task list for optimizing user retention - users can get extra points for signing up for the newsletter or visiting the store daily. Clever and well executed! There are a couple rough edges here and there -- some fields don't allow for as much customization as others, but the developers seem to take community feedback into account and keep updating their app for more use cases. Overall, very happy with the my choice and I hope to see new features added over time!
