We’ve been using this app on our Shopify store for our rewards program, and it has been an absolute game-changer for our customer retention and repeat purchase rates. What We Love: Flawless Backend & Logic: Setting up points rules, VIP tiers, and custom redemption rewards was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Everything works as expected—points calculation is accurate, customer accounts update reliably, and the customer portal looks clean and modern on our store. Easy for Shoppers: Our customers love how intuitive it is to track and redeem their points, which has significantly boosted our customer engagement. Great Overall Performance: The app integrates seamlessly into our store theme and delivers on every promise. Customer support is also super responsive and quick to assist. Small Tip for the Dev Team: The app is nearly perfect! The only tiny detail we’ve noticed is that the points display inside our slide-out cart drawer sometimes takes about 1–2 seconds to load up. It doesn't disrupt checkout or stop customers from redeeming points, but optimizing that script load time slightly would make an already incredible user experience even smoother. Final Verdict: Overall, this is hands-down one of the best loyalty solutions available on Shopify. It is feature-rich, robust, and adds immense value to our brand.
