La Maxime review for BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals

I love the BON app, and its support is 24x7. Whenever I logged on to work on BON their support is right there to answer any questions I might have. I have installed it in my Shopify store and looks amazing I like the branding feature and how easy to change the reward points and locate the widget where I like to appear. It is very easy to customise, especially without reading any manuals, and it is intuitive, but support is there also to get you through. Thanks, millions to the BON team. Day 2 I am testing out the Referral program on 1) How to customize the referral email - working 2) how to send the referral to a friend - sent via email 3) How will the friend use the referral link and receive the referral points - Yet to be tested but I am confident that it will work 4) Referrer will get reward points -yet to be tested but I am confident that it will work I have received a great support with problems I had to date and am quite happy to use this app. Jacqueline

Here, I briefly summarize each case: 1/ The referral email shows the default domain of your store, not the commercial domain. We can always change it according to your request. 2/ How to send the referral to a friend - sent via email: we also support sending via Facebook & Twitter. 3/ How will the friend use the referral link and receive the referral points + Referrer will get reward points - not working: The referred friend, Noel, has not followed the referral steps successfully; therefore the two customers have not received points yet.
