Dannie was wonderful to work with while helping me set up the app. It turned out to be user error on my end, but she was patient, kind, and walked me through everything until we figured it out. I really appreciated her help!

Amazing app and simple to set up. The support team is very friendly and helpful. Hazel specifically was extremely helpful and helped me setup the landing page as I wanted it for my store.

I was moving from Joy loyalty to BON because of their GemPage integration so I could make my own landing pages. I really put their team to work with the questions I had but they were able to help me with EVERYTHING! It was also nice to talk with real people that could help me, it wasn't that robotic chat feel that you get with other Shopify apps and it was nice to know an actual human was talking to me. I really felt like the support any idea and suggestion I have and they're happy to help in any way that they can.

Hazel from BON Shopify support was absolutely amazing. She understood my issue almost instantly — while I was still typing my second message about the incident, she had already identified the problem and provided the exact solution. No unnecessary questions, no wasting time. Everything was solved in just 2 clicks, and she even included screenshots for convenience. Huge thanks for such fast and professional support!

We recently switched from Smile.io to BON Loyalty for my Shopify store and Hazel was absolutely amazing throughout the entire setup process. She walked me through configuring my points earning rules, redemption rewards, and getting the widget properly embedded in my theme — all with patience and professionalism. The app itself is fantastic, but Hazel's support is what really made the difference. If you're looking for a loyalty app with a team that truly cares about your success, BON Loyalty is the one.
