So far so good. A little learning curve but setup is coming together nicely. Ame was great. Helped me get my email connected correctly!
The customer support responds very fast. They did a custom code fix to my online store and fixed the app widget to our liking.

i’ve had such a great experience with bon loyalty while setting up our loyalty program. their support team has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. i’ve spoken with multiple agents throughout the setup process, and every single one has been just as helpful and patient. they clearly know what they’re doing and take the time to make sure everything is properly explained and resolved. really appreciate the level of support they provide. it makes setting up and managing the app so much easier. highly recommend bon loyalty, especially if having great customer support is important to you!
