Richtig gut. Mega netter Kundenservice, direkt per Chat, hilft schnell. Habe Kontakt mit Natalie gehabt. Aber der Kundenservice spricht Englisch, also Englischkenntnisse zum kontaktieren nötig oder man benutzt einen Übersetzer. Die Points lassen sich sehr einfach einrichten, es sieht auch alles visuell sehr hübsch aus.

5 Stars for Hazel and the BON Loyalty team! "Hazel" provided incredible customer service. She was fast, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly for our store. Exceptional support! BON Loyalty is a great app, but the customer support truly sets it apart.
