Ame helped us tremendously with all the details of the BON Loyalty app. Everything is now working perfectly, and we’re able to recognize our customers with ease and fluidity. I want to share how grateful I am for the support I received from Sienna. She was incredibly helpful and prompt in guiding me through updating my DNS records so I could update my email address inside my BON loyalty app. She quickly sent over the files containing the necessary DNS records, and the information was clearly organized, which made it easy for me to copy and paste everything directly into my domain account without confusion. Sienna’s responsiveness and clear instructions made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and smooth. I truly appreciate her professionalism and efficiency. there is so much you can do with this app, really can't wait to showcase all features to my customers. Bon Loyalty's customer service is extremely responsive, no matter i message them at 2am Singapore time, there is someone responding to me, i messaged them at 1pm Singapore time, Haley responded to me, superb customer service, great job guys!

Fantastic support ! Haley goes above and beyond for making things go smoothly. We're a very old Brick and Mortar Mom and Pop shop going digital so we needed a robust system for loyalty, both physical and web, so far so good !
