The app is great, yes, no question, but what puts BON on top is their customer service. We have only been using this app for about 2 months and they have been there every step of the way. From small issues to complex queries, the BON team has shown up quickly and efficiently. We've only scratched the surface of this apps capabilities and can't wait to dig in more, but again, what makes us want to keep digging and exploring is that we know the BON team will be there to help. 今回 BON LOYALTYの導入に関しまして Maxxieさんが細部まで 要望や 懸念点を一つずつ 解決して導入までの道のりをフォローアップしていただきました。 一つのAPPでここまで丁寧な対応をしていただくことはこれまでなかったため、感謝しております。 BON LOYALTY APPの利用は始まったばかりですが 機能や使いやすさなどもよさそうですし カスタマーサービスが特に充実しているので今後もきっと利用者も増加しますし伸びていくAPPになるのではないかと思います。 ありがとうございます。
