We are just getting started with BON Loyalty, and so far the experience has been fantastic. The program is robust enough to handle all of the features we are looking for in a Rewards program without being overly complicated. I have had SO many questions and Lyn and the rest of the team have provided me with all the information I need in a very timely fashion. Looking forward to seeing a boost in sales!

Although I have only just signed up and getting things sorted the app is looking fantastic and can't wait to release it to my customers, So far personal trials before releasing is all positive and was very easy to set up. We did have a few teething issues however Haley in support has been fantastic in helping. Going above and beyond to be on top of it, the support like many of the other reviews below was a big part of the reason why I went this path and it certainly hasn't disappointed.

BON Loyalty has great customer service and is an excellent Rewards App. I've used them on another store for years, and they've implemented many great updates to their program since.

Absolutely great Loyalty app that's super easy to setup most especially for someone like me who really struggles with technology but was able to do everything myself along with the Customer Service team at BON. A BIG shout out to Sienna and Dannie who were always there to help me whenever I was struggling with anything and Logan the developer who went above and beyond to help customize the Loyalty page on our website to incorporate some additional features that are not present in the bespoke package. Will happily recommend BON any day. Thanks team!
