Just getting started – and Hazel made it BON-tastic! We’re just about to launch our loyalty program with BON, and wanted to make sure everything was set up the right way from the beginning – and honestly? Thanks to Hazel, everything went smoother than freshly folded laundry! Hazel didn’t just set everything up professionally and super quickly – she was also so friendly and helpful that we’d happily invite her for a post-work drink (if she didn’t keep disappearing at the end of the day ). She walked us through every step, responded instantly, and guided us through all the testing with patience, humor, and an insane level of support. We now feel totally ready for launch – all thanks to Hazel, who took her time and made it feel like we had a personal loyalty coach on standby. Honestly, it seems like she has a built-in BON-radar for any questions that come up. The app itself looks polished and well thought out – but even if it weren’t, we’d still give 5 stars just for the support.
