Just downloaded BON Loyalty to replace the previous reward program that my company was using. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! The plug-in is easy to use and the dashboard are fantastic. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from Genie. She went above and beyond to help me with a question I had about my account and was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction truly sets BON Loyalty apart from other loyalty programs. I would highly recommend BON Loyalty to anyone looking for a great rewards program with outstanding customer service.
