BON has a transparent refund policy and we always put your satisfaction first. Again, allow me to explain why some customer accounts don't sync right away. When a customer logs in/registers, his account will immediately appear in the Loyalty app. Conversely, if merchants (or 3rd-party apps) manually create customer accounts in the shop's admin, we have to fetch this data from Shopify to BON and the timeline can vary from a few minutes to a few hours. Rest assured that customer accounts will be periodically re-synced daily to ensure stable performance and user experience.
