Parallel Universe Limited review for BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

A visually pleasing, easy to use Loyalty app that doesn't cost the earth! But the best part about it is the support. When I enabled the app on our website the widget was showing up, but when clicked it brought up a blank white box. I reached out to support, expecting a response within the next day or so. Anna replied almost immediately and helped me sort the issue (which was just that I was viewing a preview of our website! Going incognito revealed there was never any real issue.) Responsive ongoing support is a big priority for me as a new business owner and Anna's care has made a big impact on my to-do list!
