LOADED review for BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals

We switched from SMILE to BON because SMILE was missing a major feature for us and that was the ability to exclude specific collections from earning points (i.e. sale items, special releases and low margin products). From the get go the team at BON were incredibly responsive and answered at least 50+ questions we had (no exaggeration lol). Their app is incredibly user friendly and does exactly what you want from a Loyalty App. It took us a good 4-6 days to set up as we had issues with the initial customer import, points being awarded for orders that weren't meant to receive points ETC But in the end, the team were able to fix all of the issues in a timely manner - bear in mind some patience is needed for issues that require developer intervention AND they don't work 24/7. Their pricing plan is incredibly affordable too - the cheapest of all the Loyalty Apps we've used in the past (we're on the Growth Plan so this does come with a lot of features so this review may not relate to those on cheaper plans).
