I had an extremely disappointing experience with BON's review app. I initially signed up to test their service but quickly realized it was not suitable for my business. Unfortunately, their ridiculously short 3-day trial was not enough time to properly evaluate the app, and I mistakenly overlooked the trial expiration. The moment the trial ended, I was automatically charged, without any clear refund policy in place. When I reached out to BON's support team to explain the situation and request a refund, they flat-out refused—even though I never actually used the service beyond the trial. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they just gave me a copy-paste explanation about Shopify handling charges and pushed a "special offer" as if I was still interested in using their app. This is a terrible way to treat customers, especially for an app that should be building trust and credibility. A good company would stand by their service and offer a refund if a customer finds the product unsuitable. Instead, BON chooses to trap users with a barely-there trial period and then refuses to accommodate reasonable refund requests. If you're considering this app, beware of their predatory billing practices. There are plenty of better review apps out there with fairer policies and better customer service. Stay away unless you want to risk being charged for something you don’t want!
