We ended up choosing BON Loyalty, and we haven’t regretted it for a second. What really tipped the scales for us was the support. Cara has been absolutely amazing to work with — fast responses, clear and easy-to-understand explanations, and lots of great suggestions tailored specifically to our store and the way we operate. It felt much more like talking to a colleague than to “customer support.” We run both a physical store and an online shop, and we also have a somewhat special loyalty setup (for example, every 7th bag of feed free, subscriptions online, etc.). All of this was taken seriously, explained in a simple way, and we found solutions that genuinely fit us — including in Shopify POS. The app works very well, is flexible, and it’s clear that it’s built by people who truly understand retail operations, not just code. Extra points for: – Patient and friendly support – Thorough explanations, not just “yes/no” answers – European-based support (a big plus for us) We initially planned to look at several apps, but after this dialogue, the choice was easy. Highly recommended.
