We’ve had an excellent experience with Bon Loyalty, and I’d especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding support. She is consistently super polite, a great listener, and very clear when explaining the logic behind the Bon Loyalty system. Hazel is notable for her willingness to go above and beyond. She has actively discussed our system-related questions and challenges with the developers, thoughtfully actioned ideas, and explored whether internal processes could be improved not just for us, but for other merchants as well. She’s responsive, genuinely helpful, and always a pleasure to speak with. It’s rare to find support that feels this proactive and collaborative.
