ja-vie review for BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

I’ve been using BON since around November 2025, and the experience has been very positive so far. The BON team was extremely helpful during our data migration from our previous loyalty app, making the transition smooth and well supported. Whenever we encountered issues, their support team responded quickly and helped resolve them efficiently. We are currently using the VIP tiers program, and I’m very satisfied with the UI/UX design. It’s clean, intuitive, and easy to customize. I also appreciate that BON is based in Southeast Asia (Vietnam), which makes communication easier for us. Special thanks to Hazel from the BON team for her excellent support. She has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, whether through chat or Zoom calls. Overall, a great experience with BON. Looking forward to seeing even more integrations with other Shopify apps in the future.
