Regency Spices review for BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

Very complicated app since there is so much functionality. You need the Customer service team to help while setting up - but they do a fantastic job of it. Lots of tutorials, guidance, and super fast responses. I've talked to 4 reps in the last 24 hours, each has responded in minutes every time. And real human responses that are straight to the point and helpful, not robots. We have migrated over from Smile with ~30,000 customers rather than a fresh setup so it was definitely complex.
