Ebony Boutique NZ review for BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

The BON app is fantastic. The staff are always so quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any additional requests I have, including adding a feature I requested to make in-store redemptions easier, as we don’t use Shopify POS, which BON already integrates with. The app itself works brilliantly. Most of my communication with the BON team has been around combining our existing loyalty scheme from our separate, older POS system and setting up the new one, which required a little extra assistance. Thank you so much to the BON team, and especially Haley, for all your help and fantastic customer service!
