It's very kind of you to let us know the things we need to do to make BON suits your needs better ❤️ Please allow us to clarify again regarding the issue: the slow-speed loading in-app you’ve encountered on 17th May is at BON’s responsibility, and this is not due to your Internet line. We had explained this straightforwardly and clearly in the previous emails. However, I’d love to clarify again in order to prevent any misunderstandings between us. Now that the above issues were successfully resolved by our Dev team on 18th May, kindly help us check again and please let me know if there are any problems.
