Bookkeep is absolutely necessary to get accurate reports and data into QBO! Their customer service is helpful in getting everything set up correct and troubleshooting.

Bookkeep is the best. Since 1995 I have used many different accounting integration software companies. You will not find a better one. The have definitely raised the bar so high that no other can come close. Jason, Laurie, Alta, Sal and the rest of the team listen to understand and implement your solution with no pain. I’ve never had this level of support from a software provider... Bookkeep actually responds. And not "just" respond, they respond quickly, with real solutions. Every interaction has been quick, helpful, and teams are all knowledgeable. They’ve helped me navigate and solve multiple challenges, hours I would have otherwise spent on consultants. It’s rare to find a software and their CX this responsive and invested in helping their users succeed.

Allegro Dance Boutique has been with Bookkeep since July of 2020. Unlike many companies who were paralyzed during Covid shutdowns we used that time to lean in and invest in the future by converting to Shopify. It was apparent that a bridge to the financial applications was necessary. This platform has saved me hours every month! As with any integration, there is a period of fine-tuning, but they were super eager to jump on multiple calls to make sure it was working. I spend months trying another integration, but it didn't actually save me any time. I told myself I would never take on another eCommerce client again, but Bookkeep might persuade me to take on more eComm clients.

This app keeps QBO up to date on a daily basis. My financial statement are always current I always know exactly how our business is doing. On occasion where something has changed in Shopify or one of payment forms, customer support at Bookkeep quickly resolves the issues.

I've used Bookkeep for years. It's given me so much time back to run my business and not stress about bookkeeping, which is not my specialty. The subscription is worth every penny and my reporting and subsequent tax prep is seamless. There is a little learning curve on the front end and the support team has held my hand through the initial phases. Now it all just happens- like a small miracle. Highly recommend to customers that are looking for accurate reporting, daily integration, and a helpful support team.

This is such a great software for my clients who use Shopify and have a lot of daily transactions. I was so overwhelmed with my client's books until I found Bookkeep. Task that would take me hours to do without Bookkeep is all there and saves me so much time and headaches. I love how everything is connected to easily. I scheduled a meeting to help with parts I didn't understand like mapping and connecting new clients. Anish is great at explaining and very patient. Very happy with Bookkeep.
