We were having difficulty with the booking app, but it really boiled down to user error. We connected with Rob B. via their online support and he was able to help us fix everything. Very patient and communicated very clear in terms of how to use certain fields. He also helped us by updating our widget - which really made a difference, and we feel will add to a positive user experience. Thanks Rob!
