Amazing support experience! The team was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire setup process. We had a very specific booking configuration for our dress rental business, and they took the time to help us troubleshoot every detail until everything was working correctly. While the app does have some limitations depending on how customized your booking flow needs to be, it is still a great tool overall, and what truly makes the difference is their support team. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely willing to help us find the best possible solutions for every situation. We really appreciate all the support and would definitely recommend them!

Rana was an AMAZING help!!! I was nervous about explaining a complex issue over the BTA chat, but Rana was able to fix my issues almost quicker than I could type them out. There was one issue that we could not resolve through the chat, so Rana set up a Meets session so that we could share screens and resolve the remaining issues very quickly. I am beyond delighted with the BTA support team! Thanks again, Rana - you made my day so much better!!!

I’m new to this app, but my experience so far has been excellent—especially the support. It’s easy to get help through chat whenever I’m unsure how to set something up. Today I worked with Sisco, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They not only configured the app exactly how I needed it, but also took the time to explain the setup and reasoning behind it so I can manage it on my own moving forward. Thank you so much!

Book that App has been the most frustrating system ever! BTA has constant problems, everything from not allowing people to book same day or multiple days. The checkout on book that app is now not allowing people to check out their rentals. Super disappointing, costing me tons revenue because customer can not check out for rentals...DOT NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!

Constantly need support to book due to unfriendly interface. Good luck talking to someone on a weekend. Overpriced and seems like it hasn’t been updated in years. Black outs are annoying, I should just be able to select what days I want to book things on and repeat it. Not block out every day I am not needing a booking.

In your case, the product’s availability issue was caused by a configuration problem. We’ve already assisted with reconfiguring it and followed up with you directly.
