We had an urgent issue where our checkout button was being blocked after a domain renewal, and Sisco C. from the support team helped identify the problem quickly and got everything working again. This is actually the second time Sisco has helped us with an issue, and both times the support was fast, clear and very helpful. The app is very useful for managing reservations, dates and availability on Shopify. For a rental business that depends on online bookings, having reliable support like this makes a big difference. Highly recommended for rental businesses using Shopify.

Amazing support experience! The team was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire setup process. We had a very specific booking configuration for our dress rental business, and they took the time to help us troubleshoot every detail until everything was working correctly. While the app does have some limitations depending on how customized your booking flow needs to be, it is still a great tool overall, and what truly makes the difference is their support team. Rana was an AMAZING help!!! I was nervous about explaining a complex issue over the BTA chat, but Rana was able to fix my issues almost quicker than I could type them out. There was one issue that we could not resolve through the chat, so Rana set up a Meets session so that we could share screens and resolve the remaining issues very quickly. I’m new to this app, but my experience so far has been excellent—especially the support. It’s easy to get help through chat whenever I’m unsure how to set something up. Book that App has been the most frustrating system ever! BTA has constant problems, everything from not allowing people to book same day or multiple days. The checkout on book that app is now not allowing people to check out their rentals. Super disappointing, costing me tons revenue because customer can not check out for rentals...DOT NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!
