We are a smaller art studio that offers a lot of classes with online registration and have been using the app for about 4 years. This app has been perfect for what we have needed. It allows us to capture all the necessary questions we need when having clients register, it sends reminders and allows us to email a group all at once about the event. Not only do we book classes we also book private events, and this App generated a calendar we can place on our website allowing community members to see what is occurring on different days. Anytime I have had an issue their support team has quickly helped to resolve the issue and show me what I can do moving forward. I highly recommend the app.

Been using BTA for quite some time. Very easy to use, and if you ever find that you don't understand something or need to figure out a way to get something to work, the Chat function is always there and they're very responsive and helpful. Super handy and also easy for my clients to use on the website!

I have been using BookThatApp for a few months now, and it’s a great app. Aside from the app itself and the features I’ve been enjoying overall, I want to give special mention to the support team. We have several consultants using the app for bookings, which means we often have a wide range of queries that require assistance. Honestly, BookThatApp has one of the top three support teams I’ve ever worked with. They are incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and provide detailed, thoughtful support. Oversells what it can actually do. Purchased it specifically for its bundling functionality, but it's basic at best and can't handle multiple variants. Support documents were vague and outdated, and this was not made clear until I purchased the upgrade to test this out myself. Setup is very confusing and technical. Support is abysmal with vague responses and a 24 hour wait.

We did fall short of your expectations with our bundling feature, as it does not support bundling at the variant level. We will look into adding this in a future update. I would note that after a review of your ticket history, all responses were sent in less than 12 hours apart from 1, where you contacted us over the weekend, where we have part-time support. I apologize for your experience with our app and wish you the best with your online store.

I’m having a serious issue with the embedded version of Book That App. The standalone version works fine — I can create widgets, set up services, and manage settings without problems — but the embedded version doesn’t let me log in at all. Even though I’m logged into Shopify and following all setup instructions, I keep getting errors like “Store does not exist” and “1 error prohibited this user from being saved.” I’ve already tried clearing cache, switching browsers, using the .myshopify.com domain, checking permissions, and enabling the app embed in the theme, but nothing fixes it. On top of that, the app doesn’t recognize my email for login, even though it’s the same one I use to log into Shopify. This makes it impossible to use the embedded version to run my store. This is a critical issue that blocks me from using one of the app’s main features. It needs to be fixed urgently because it directly impacts my store’s operations.

Great application. We've used it to book our classes for a few years now, and were pleased to discover that it could also handle booking service appointments! Lots of functionalities, easy to integrate with Shopify shops and also support the use of services. The support is very good as well.

コロナ禍のときに、来店予約を受け付ける必要が生じて導入。「カートをスキップして予約できる」という手軽さに魅力を感じて使い始めました。 以来、3年使い続けています。 その後、無料の来店予約、有料の体験予約、複数日にわたる有料の宿泊予約と、活用の範囲が広がってきましたが、その高機能さと柔軟さがすごいなと思います。 複雑なことをやろうとすると設定はちょっと難しいのですが、奥深いアプリだと思いました。まだまだ機能を使いこなせてないような気がしています。 サポートも迅速で充実しています。

We have used BTA for over 3 years and it's the only booking app we have ever used. Simple to set-up and very good interface on the customer side and on the store side. Customer support is extremely responsive and any issues are quickly resolved. My one wish is that there is a way for google analytics to integrate with the app. As soon as a customer begins the booking process on the BTA side, we lose side of customer conversions.

The App itself is very easy to set up and use. I've used other apps and this one has impressed me the most, and given me the ability to customize almost everything for our store. The BTA team is incredible to work with. I've ran into issues twice so far, that the BTA team was very quick to respond and were able to address the problems.
