I can say for sure that BookThatApp has the best support I have ever encountered. It responds quickly and even makes the settings you need. Simply magic! On other sites, at best, you will be answered by a useless bot. The application is very flexible and can be easily customized for any task. The only thing that bothers me is that I need to pay for each booking, even if this booking was created on the Airbnb website and using calendar synchronization, BookThatApp considers it created and protected as payment. This is a very daring decision - to take money for the fact that Airbnb tried to sell my property))

This is a very daring decision - to take money for the fact that Airbnb tried to sell my property))" This can be a bit misleading, as the app doesn't charge for each booking that is created. Depending on the plan that you pay for, you will get a set booking quota. If you are on the Premium plan, you will get a quota of 350 bookings. A created booking will deduct from the quota. With this explained, if you add an external calendar to a service or product that you have setup in the app; what this does is to pull events from the linked calendar and sync it to the app. In order for the app to treat the events on the external calendar as "Blackouts", it would need to create "bookings" for those events in the app. So, if you had a "Room A" product in the app, and you linked your AirBnB calendar for that "Room A" to the product in BTA, then the AirBnB bookings will sync over to BTA. This allows the app to mark those booked AirBnB dates as unavailable in the widget. It also works the same way with other booking/scheduling apps that allows you to integrate your other booking/reservation platforms. I usually try to avoid bad reviews. In this case, however, I want to warn you. For over a month now, there has been an error where the booking widget on the website very often does not load and bookings are therefore not possible. The result is lost customers and thus lost money. Ok, things like that can happen, but the bad thing in this case is the support. When I reported the error, I was told that the error had already been fixed. I had to prove the opposite. Then I was told that it was because my browser was out of date. Nonsense, I test several browsers in different (current) versions. Then I was told that it was only on Apple systems, which After a month, they reported the problem as solved, but I was able to reproduce the error in seconds. Either the support is completely incompetent or they are deliberately telling untruths. I don't know, but either way is bad and makes working together impossible.
Hi Oliver! I do apologize for your recent experience! There was clearly some misunderstanding with the handling of this issue. We have been tracking this issue for some time, and haven't been able to truly derive a solution for it, because we haven't been able to reproduce it. The records that we have on this issue have highlighted it to be "Device-specific". We were able to make the assumption that this is iOS related. However, we were not able to reproduce this issue on recent iOS versions and devices. It wasn't until last month (September) that our developers discovered that the widget wasn't loading for iPhone 11 Pro Max and on the version 13 iOS. So, we were only able to reproduce this widget rendering issue on iOS devices with the version 13 OS. We discovered this was due to the device and the browser being outdated. So, we had to update Babel on our end to convert the Javascript to a readable format for outdated iOS devices. Part of the confusion in conveying this information to you was that the solution was released, but was then reverted due to some issues that arose, which was believed to be as a result of the deployed solution. The solution was then redeployed and this was confirmed around September 23rd, 2024. We were able to run tests on our end, and the widget now loads for older iOS devices. But unfortunately, it seems there are still instances of the widget not loading for iOS devices. The recent reports have brought to our attention that their might be an issue with how Safari is handling cache. We have followed up with you to express our apologies, and we do hope that you can work with us to iron out this issue. Synchronously, we are working on updating parts of the app, that we believe will help to solve this issue for the iOS devices that are affected. Thanks! Success Team at BTA

10/1 Update- the team got back to me the following morning and resolved my issue and my husbands reset password came through later that night so we were able to get in and continue. I have updated my review to reflect the quick resolution. I do think there is some work to be done on being more user friendly especially with schedules when you have multiple coaches. There aren’t any videos and an easy way to handle multiple coaches and also have a resource as well the coach would be using. I got it figured out but it took a lot of trial and error but not exactly how I need it. Will continue to work through and reach out to the staff for help. Frustrating, as of today, I am not able to log in. I tried the forget my password and its showing my email is not valid. I just received emails from them yesterday. I have previously had issues (last month) with them having a bug where people couldn't check out. I originally thought it was shopify but their support team let me know they were working with Bookthatapp to resolve as it was something from their end. So, two months in a row, I have had issues that is preventing me from receiving bookings or being able to add/edit bookings (today). I submitted a ticket today but unfortunately, there isn't any number to call for support, so I had to submit a ticket.

Hi 👋 As we discovered on our chat, the issue you faced was due to no account existing for you in the app. There was only 1 account that we discovered to be that of your business' developer. Since this discovery, I was able to create an account for you, which you have confirmed that you were successful in completing the setup and signing in. If you ever have any issues, you are free to chat in. If we miss your chat, it will convert into a ticket and we will have a response for you within an hour to 12 hours; depending on the time of day the chat request was submitted. As for the issue you mentioned with Checkout, this happened due to a change Shopify made. They had the status setup on their status page for a short while. You can review Shopify statuses at https://shopifystatus.com. There were also forums in the Shopify community from other 3rd party app developers who were also affected. Here's one such blog: https://community.shopify.com/c/technical-q-a/post-locale-cart-add-required-parameter-missing-or-invalid-items/td-p/2743030. Sometimes it's tricky getting the facts from 1st tier Shopify agents, which is a struggle we also have. However, when we connected with their "Partners" Support agents, we were able to confirm with them that they made changes to the "fetch" API which our app uses. Since this issue, we have made changes to how the app uses and depends on this API. So, we should not have another repeat of the issue should Shopify make any random updates without notifying us. Since our last conversation, you promised to revise your review to highlight the facts that we discussed in regards to your experience that the review was based on. I've been using this app with Shopify for almost 10 years, and I love it. The customer service is the best. They are so patient and work me through even the most basic stuff to make my booking system work well for my students. I've never had a bad experience with their customer service team. Customer service is incredible! I haven't experienced service like this in so long. They respond so quickly, and it's an actual human. I've used lots of apps on the Shopify platform and have never experienced customer service like this.

BTA réponds parfaitement à mes attentes ! Mes clients peuvent maintenant directement réserver sur mon site ! A l'installation de BTA, la documentation et le recours à l'aide en ligne m'ont épaulé pour finaliser la configuration et la personnalisation de l'outils de réservation. L'aide est permanente et aujourd'hui j'ai eu un problème d'affichage... l'assistance en ligne (Sisco C.) m'a accompagné et a résolu le problème en 2 minutes ! Je recommande cette application.
