BTA Appointment Booking App

The app is robust - a bit tricky to navigate on your own BUT the customer service is phenomenal and they will walk you through how to setup and troubleshoot to resolve your issues every time you ask!

Mr. Sisco was extremely kind and helpful. He assisted me with my website with great professionalism, explaining everything clearly and patiently. He was always available to answer my questions and find effective solutions. I highly recommend working with him.

Mostly reviewing about customer service: recently I spoke with Rana, who was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. When I've contacted BTA during work hours it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person to chat with, which I appreciate. The app itself is pretty good, though it requires a fair amount of learning to get things working the way we want. Also not a lot of customization aesthetically. It seems like there are many customer experience features to customize but it's not obvious what each one does. I wish there was a small explanation under each Title telling you what exactly it does. Since the customer service is good its helpful to just reach out if you're confused about anything.

So far this app has been perfect for us! Rana from the support team has been an immense help with any questions we had along the way. We use the various BTA widgets to manage the sale of classes, courses, hiring equipment and setting appointments. It's all fairly simple to set up, and if you've got any questions the support people like Sisco are very good at solving any problems.

We use BTA in our shopify site to manage class enrollment and events. The tutorials section in the help center is very detailed and makes the program easy to use. When I can't find what I am looking for there, the customer service team is very quick to respond with helpful advice and offers comprehensive solutions.

We are a smaller art studio that offers a lot of classes with online registration and have been using the app for about 4 years. This app has been perfect for what we have needed. It allows us to capture all the necessary questions we need when having clients register, it sends reminders and allows us to email a group all at once about the event. Not only do we book classes we also book private events, and this App generated a calendar we can place on our website allowing community members to see what is occurring on different days. Anytime I have had an issue their support team has quickly helped to resolve the issue and show me what I can do moving forward. I highly recommend the app.

Been using BTA for quite some time. Very easy to use, and if you ever find that you don't understand something or need to figure out a way to get something to work, the Chat function is always there and they're very responsive and helpful. Super handy and also easy for my clients to use on the website!
