Updated from 2 Stars to 4 Stars – Thank You for the Fix! We originally gave the BTA app a 2-star rating due to a frustrating issue with Shopify POS compatibility and some limitations in core features. At the time, the app no longer functioned with Shopify’s updated POS system—despite what was stated on the App Store—which disrupted our checkout process and required inconvenient workarounds involving elevated admin permissions for our retail staff. Since then, the BTA team has resolved the POS issue, and the app is once again working smoothly in our store environment. This was a major concern for us, and we truly appreciate the team’s responsiveness in addressing it. We’re updating our rating to 4 stars to reflect this improvement and to acknowledge that the app overall still brings meaningful value to our business. That said, there are still areas for growth—such as the hardcoded 6-month limit on the Events widget, which restricts our ability to promote events further in advance. We’re continuing to use the app and are hopeful that future updates will bring more flexibility and customization. We appreciate the progress so far and look forward to what’s next!
