Etch Workz review for BTA Appointment Booking App

Tried to install the app and use a basic Event Calendar widget on the Horizon theme. Does not add block correctly to page. Event calendar displays very small. Unable to edit settings to make calendar fill page. Super frustrating. UPDATE: Their reply makes it seem like they worked with me to get it solved, but they did not solve it. Their tech support recommended I hire an external dev to get it fixed. I had to use outside support to solve my issue. Do not believe their response.
