Our experience with the app has been a waste of time and money. While the initial service was good, including website reviews and feedback, the quality has significantly dropped. We reached out to the company 2 to 3 months into our subscription to express our concerns about not seeing any benefits. They assured us that it would take about 6 months to see results. Now, about 6 months, we still haven’t experienced any improvements. Additionally, I uninstalled the app a few days ago but noticed that we are still being charged for the period from 2025-01-16 to 2025-02-15(full month). When we contacted customer service, they were unable to provide clear information about the charges and only mentioned that we wouldn't be billed for a full month.
