I never leave bad reviews. But upon relying on this service, my site fell apart. The automatic AI reviews said the entirely wrong things - saying my fashion e-commerce store sold fishing tackle. Was entirely different product. And mentioned different brands and categories.

I have personally conducted a full audit of your store and I can confirm that everything is now working correctly as those incorrect tags have been purged. Technically, our AI experienced a rare logic error—a type of hallucination that can sometimes occur even with advanced models—which is why we provide a "Regenerate with AI" option to allow for manual refreshes when the first pass isn't perfect. This is the first time we’ve seen this specific conflict, and we have already updated our filters to ensure these irrelevant terms cannot be generated for your store again.
