Only just downloaded the app, but as a complete beginner with this stuff it seems pretty easy to navigate and use. Just had some support from Jon, who was excellent! Very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. Many thanks for getting me verified and sending me a whole load of info to read through and help me on my way.
