After downloading this app, an automatic chat window was opened and I got connected with Jon. There I got some nice tips etc. and he was very helpful and nice. Yay!:) I cannot rate this app as in general right now, because I just got it, but the customer service seems about right:)) Plus you get a free trial for their more pro plans:)
