Once a charge is approved, Shopify handles all billing and fund transfers. After receiving your email, our team responded promptly requesting a copy of the invoice so we could validate and process your refund. However, it looks like the message may not have been seen on your end. That said, we’ve already gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $24.99 charge as a courtesy. We’ve also sent a confirmation email with a screenshot of the refund transaction for your reference. If you experience any delays, Shopify Support can assist, as they handle the settlement process.
