I can't say anything about the app. But I've been waiting almost a year for the app to work at all. I keep being put off again and again. As compensation, I got a 1-year subscription for free. D When the app finally loaded after half a year, it continued. I wanted to redeem the 1-year subscription. However, there is now a problem with redeeming the subscription. Now I've been waiting another 3 months without success. I'm not getting an answer from support either. And I really wasn't annoyed. I have asked maybe once in 2 weeks if there is an update. Too bad, because the app is really praised.

In your case, the issue was tied to the way Shopify’s Billing API syncs subscription confirmations back to our app. Occasionally, this handshake can get stuck, which prevents Premium from being unlocked even though the upgrade was processed.
