my Rating this time i wish i can give 0: ★☆☆☆☆ One of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for a one-year plan, but they still keep charging me every month. I’ve reached out to support many times, and all I ever get is “ticket created” — then silence for a week, and the same problem keeps happening. And i never see the app work perfectly without in start one maybe 2 days ... I couldn’t find any other way to contact the owner, so I’m writing this here: please take care of your business. Your support team is destroying it. People won’t stay with an app that treats customers like this. This review is the only way I can get your attention.

Unfortunately, I am unable to find any charge on your account but I am sure we can sort this out once you respond to the email we sent you. Regarding your current subscription, I see that your free trial plan is active, but we can also discuss any issues you have with it on the same email thread.
