I cancelled the APP on December 17th, they billed me for it on December 18th.......

However, upon checking Shopify's records, this appears to be a valid charge since the billing period for the said charge was for November 18 to December 18, 2025. Like what you mentioned, you canceled on the 17th of December or the day before your plan renews again(18th), which means you won't get charged anymore for future billing periods like the December 18 to January 18, 2026 bill, and so on. Like all subscription plans, it is postpaid, which means you are billed for the service after you use it. Please note that these charges are done automatically by Shopify's system as they take care of all billing processes on behalf of third-party apps like ours, and this does not require our intervention at all. We're only able to process appropriate refunds/credits on our end. That said, we always aim to be considerate of our valued users. As a courtesy, we’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund of this charge for your store. You should see the refunded amount reflected in your payment account within 3–5 business days.
