Midas Beds review for Armex

Outstanding support and a solution that actually worked! We had a serious bot attack creating large numbers of fake abandoned checkouts through direct Shopify cart permalink URLs. It was disrupting our analytics, affecting our checkout setup and causing a major headache for the business. Ashley and the Armex team were excellent throughout. They took the time to properly investigate how the bots were accessing the site, identified that they were mainly targeting our root domain, helped us reconfigure the protection step by step, and then monitored the traffic until the issue was under control. Armex is now blocking the malicious cart requests while genuine customers can browse, use guest checkout and place orders normally. What impressed me most was the support. Ashley was patient, thorough and genuinely determined to get to the bottom of the problem rather than just giving generic advice.
