We kept dealing with bot attacks that were impacting our customer and order records plus muddying our email marketing. This happened for weeks and I was unsure how to fix it. Not only have the attacks stopped but Armex helped me set up the app to make sure it was configured properly.

Outstanding support and a solution that actually worked! We had a serious bot attack creating large numbers of fake abandoned checkouts through direct Shopify cart permalink URLs. It was disrupting our analytics, affecting our checkout setup and causing a major headache for the business. Ashley and the Armex team were excellent throughout. They took the time to properly investigate how the bots were accessing the site, identified that they were mainly targeting our root domain, helped us reconfigure the protection step by step, and then monitored the traffic until the issue was under control. Armex is now blocking the malicious cart requests while genuine customers can browse, use guest checkout and place orders normally. What impressed me most was the support. Ashley was patient, thorough and genuinely determined to get to the bottom of the problem rather than just giving generic advice. Very grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend Armex. 5 stars.

I have had this app in place now for a considerable period of time. I noticed that I was receiving many false bot checkouts and newsletter signups, I'm talking about dozens of them every day. This was playing havoc with my analytics and attempts to build customer lists for emails. I tried a few apps to deal with this, all of them completely ineffective. Fortunately, I continued to try out apps until I discovered Armex. It worked instantly and it continues to do so. The support is simply second to none, always there and always willing to help. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

We installed this app after receiving a significant amount of spam from Shopify checkout. It has been a lifesaver and effectively stopped all issues with abandoned cart spam. I don't usually write reviews, but this app is a life saver! We were getting hundreds of spam email sign ups a day, driving up our klaviyo bill each month and hurting our open rates. I tried filtering out emails, downloaded other security apps, contacted shopify; none of them made any difference. I downloaded this app a few hours ago, followed the steps and boom! The bot check outs have finally stopped. I'll update this if we experience any site issues from this app but for now everything is running as it should

Works as advertised. Very cost effective. Customer Support is better than any other company that I have ever worked with. Never have I ever had a customer support person circle back to check on how everything was working, without asking.

This is the only app that was able to actually block the checkout bots from my webiste. I tried multiple different apps (the heighest rated ones) and none of them worked. I tried blocking countires, IP address, and none of that even made a dent in the 100+ attemted checkouts I was getting every single day. The instructions were clear, the customer service was great, and It stopped the bots immediatly in their tracks. If you're dealing with checkout bots and can't figure out how to stop them, this app is your answer!
