This is the only app that was able to actually block the checkout bots from my webiste. I tried multiple different apps (the heighest rated ones) and none of them worked. I tried blocking countires, IP address, and none of that even made a dent in the 100+ attemted checkouts I was getting every single day. The instructions were clear, the customer service was great, and It stopped the bots immediatly in their tracks. If you're dealing with checkout bots and can't figure out how to stop them, this app is your answer!

Armex has relieved my stress and worrying about bots and scammers. They are super helpful in assisting with the setup and with continued customer service anytime I've seen suspicious activity on my shop. Highly recommend them.

If you’re dealing with fraudulent or bot-generated abandoned checkouts, stop wasting time ... get this plugin. We tried every app Shopify support recommended, and none of them stopped the attacks. But within just hours of installing and configuring this plugin, the bot checkouts completely stopped. Absolutely worth every penny! Thank you for solving a problem Shopify couldn’t.

Couldn't be happier with this app! Was able to load it and follow the instructions for the DNS updates perfectly. Ran into an issue trying to add a second domain and the one-on-one support from Ashley was 100%. Super happy and all the bots are gone!

I was having major issues with bots doing fake orders and had no idea how to stop it. I tried this app and it has stopped it. There is also amazing customer service. Amy reached out to make sure they could help solve that problem before I signed up for the subscription. They have helped every step of the way. If you don't know how to do something, they will assist you and make sure things are done properly. I give the highest recommendation for this app!

we were getting bombarded with bot orders which abandoned checkout. This also caused our klaviyo account to increase in size which caused us to pay more for klaviyo and also caused our CVR to decrease. Once I installed Armex it resolved the problem

We are very satisfied with the firewall. No more abandoned shopping carts from bots, no new “bot customers.” Finally, we can make use of Shopify's statistics, as they are much more accurate. Kudos to the support team. We had a small problem with the DNS configuration. The support team brought it to our attention and gave us two possible solutions. TOP!!

I have been on the internet for 25 years and have faced many issues. The Support team with this app is by far the best support I have ever seen. There was no throwing an article at me to read to solve a complicated issue nor were they slow to answer. They knew my problem and fixed it quickly. I don't go to support to fix something myself, I go to get help because I do not know what to do. These people understand that concept. Use them , they are TOP NOTCH! LJ

Works as described. I wish they had a country blocker, but they said they are working on it. Outside of that, it has been effective in stopping the bots. It does take some monitoring and adding ISPs that the bots are still using.

First, the support from the team at Armex has been stellar. This team has gone above and beyond in helping me stop the bots that were constantly causing problems for me. After months of issues, I am bot free thanks to the team here at Armex. I am not very techy and had concerns about the changes needed to keep my website safe and secure. I really don't understand how this all works and I was worried I would make mistakes and create a bigger mess. Ashley walked me thru the process step by step and explained everything in a very clear and concise manner that I could easily understand. The DNS changes weren't as hard as I feared and the whole process was actually quite easy once I knew what steps to take. She provided me with screen shots of what steps to take with instructions that were easy for me to understand and carry out. We had to make a few changes and tweak some things as we went bc the road to blocking bots isn't always clear but they had answers and solutions for me along the way as we problem solved. The team took the time to address my many, many questions and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing or understanding how this whole process works. Honestly, I haven't dealt with a better team here on Shopify. If you need help with bots, this is the app to get! I highly recommend. (it is amazing to me that Shopify can't help us sort this out!) I feel extremely confident and safe with the firewall/protection from Armex. It's nice to have my website bot-free! Thanks for everything! Lisa
