We've been using Bot.space for our WhatsApp Business needs, and it's been a great experience so far. The app is easy to use and helps us send both transactional and marketing messages seamlessly. it's been recent days of using the Bot Space Platform, very simple platform and easy to use even don't need anyone to setup, though you book a call and overall very great exp and even support ticket response is faster as well.

I’ve been using BotSpace and the experience has been genuinely impressive...Their AI handles queries smoothly with a very well-structured workflow that actually saves time. On top of that, the customer support is quick, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it feels like a reliable tool built by a team that really understands user needs.

Do not fall in trap of Botspace! in hindi there is a saying " itne mein itna hi milega" fits very truly fro them. They are cheap and so is their service and app! They don't have very basics features of whatsapp and is the most inconvenient app ive ever used. Their sales guy ANMOL is a biggest scammer i've come across. Very unprofessional and has no idea how to manage a client and moreover help them. Pay more and use better services like Interakt or Bitespeed but save your business from Botspace. All the reviews you see here are requested by Anmol immediately after onboarding them, none are organic! Your customer care journey will definitely go for a toss. You;ll keep raising tickets and the shameless team will not even acknowledge it.
Nishant, we’re sorry to hear that and would like to clarify a few points. You are currently on our Pro plan, which does not include a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Higher-tier plans with dedicated support and faster SLAs were offered earlier, but you chose not to opt for them. Support levels are aligned with the plan selected. The app disablement happened because Shopify temporarily froze your store, which automatically disables third-party apps at the platform level. Once access was restored, our team resolved the issue within 12 hours, which falls within the SLA for your plan. Our team has been supporting your account consistently since November, and while we understand frustrations can arise, we believe the effort we have provided does not reflect the description you shared. We remain open to constructive feedback and are happy to improve wherever possible.

BotSpace highlights their WhatApps & AI integration features very well. I highly recommend trying BotSpace for one of its key selling point.
