We've had a great experience with Boxify over the last few years. We ship various products from single screws to large, heavy plates and Shopify's shipping settings just weren't cutting it for accurate shipping rates. The ability to look back and see why a specific order was quoted at a specific rate is also really helpful for troubleshooting situations where the incorrect rate was given. Support is also very responsive and has been fantastic when we've needed assistance.

We use this app strictly for its box packing algorithm to reduce time spent selecting box sizes when printing batches of orders. It's easy to configure and handles package selection very accurately. It's saved us a ton of time!

I use Boxify to more accurately calculate shipping at checkout. My product is sold in a wide range of sizes and quantities. Every shipment is different with costs all over the place. Boxify allows me to set up an almost limitless range of possibilities. Calculations are well within 10% of actual shipping charges. If I had a more standardized product and box inventory, I'm sure it would be dead-on. I've contacted support maybe 3 times over the year I've had it. Dave has always been quick and professional. Something else most people do not know about apps, in general, is that many slow down your site's load speed, which hurts google's ranking. Boxify does NOT do that!

Preparing to launch my new store. Tried the trial and subscribed! This app calculates shipping for my items based on which size box (I have 4 package sizes), then shows how to pack as a bonus. The best thing is the customer service. WOW! My silly questions are answered so quickly. The support is amazing!

We've had a positive experience with Boxify so far! We've had loads of questions, to which Dave has answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. The app has been easy to set up and easy to use-- It's well thought out! If we could suggest one update to be made in the future, it would be to have the choice to add the carrier-specific handling/insurance fee by dollar amount or by percentage (currently it can be added by percentage). Other than that minor suggestion, we've been very happy with the app so far!

Dave at Boxify (Customer Support) is amazing. I had what seemed a very confusing discrepancy that he figured out in a single email chain. All is good with our multiple sites that we only use Boxify on...for this reason. Choose an App for the support, not only for its functionality. Thanks Boxify and Dave!

Shopify does not allow you to use multiple box sizes. Boxify does. Boxify will allow you to configure multiple boxes and then from each individual product page on your store configure the size of the actual product. When a customer checks out on your store, boxify will use the size information that you input on the product page to figure out how many items will fit in a box and select the best box to use. This brilliant app gets around one of the major limitations of shopify. Their customer service is also top notch and they are extremely helpful in helping with product size configuration and setup questions. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that uses multiple size boxes on their storefront....everyone.

Before Boxify, I was losing money on shipping costs. Once I added the dimensions into the system for 1600 different products (whew, that was a job), what I charge my customers falls into line with what I pay to the post office. Sure wasn't even close before I installed Boxify!!

Boxify helped streamline our shipping. We have many different products and it makes it easy to get accurate shipping rates regardless of what our customers order. We have some fairly complex shipping restrictions in terms of what products can and can't ship together, and Boxify's support was INCREDIBLY helpful and thorough in terms of making sure everything worked properly. They are very straightforward about their limitations and great at providing workarounds for Shopify's limitations.

Best app & customer service on the app store when it comes to shipping calculations! This app has been a life saver when it comes to data entry, so simple to configure and use right away! Dave is always our go to guy; the support is phenomenal and the team always gets back to us the same day (Even on weekends). There hasn't been one thing they haven’t been able to solve for us, highly recommend.

Boxify rocks! The app does exactly what it says - gets your customers real time rates based on actual product geometry (not just volumes). Support is top notch - quick, responsive, and super helpful. Don't know what I would do if I didn't have this app! If you need to calculate dimensional shipping rates, this is your answer.

Boxify has been a life-saver for us! We have so many different variations of products in different sizes and mediums and Boxify allows us to easily enter product dimensions (which Shopify surprisingly doesn't offer) so that shipping can be properly calculated. Their customer support is top notch and they've helped us troubleshoot several issues we were having. The one thing I recommend for Boxify for the dimensions to be carried over when a product is duplicated in Shopify (might be a Shopify feature request). But we are so thankful for Boxify and all it has done for our business!

So far I am really impressed with this app! It gives me accurate shipping rates for my products, which are quite variable in size and weight. Their customer service is wonderful! I have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly they respond to any inquiry that I submit. Dave is awesome and is great at explaining things clearly and always gets my issue resolved!

Boxify has helped us to provide substantially more accurate shipping charges to our clients. We ship via different locations & have many oversized products and Dave helped me understand how to make everything work together to ensure proper pricing.
